I need someone to update this logo, make it cleaner, better, cooler..

I want to keep the bridge in the background, as it represents the city in our town.
We also want the design to maintain the cirlce / logo design...

The club's name is:
Fredrikstad Kampsportklubb (Judo)

I want the logo delivered in:
1) The sketch as proof for design.
2) The logo in: .AI, .PNG and .PDF
