Contest Brief

I am looking for a designer to create a modern logo for a commercial building. The building already has a name, so no need for any brainstorming there. I would prefer a modern style logo and am open to color suggestions. (*1st Preferred Black / White alt. The ideal candidate for this project will have experience in graphic design and branding. They should be able to create a professional and eye-catching logo that reflects the modern aesthetic of the building. This is a private project. We ask that the final design is not marketed or posted as work sample, website or marketing. * Will need eps, ai, jpg, pdf, transparent png and fav for website.
