Contest Brief

Looking for a logo designed for my real estate business as a Realtor. My name is Erika Holmes, I'm open to any creative ways of branding and design. Would also need a watermark logo designed, that is smaller than the branding logo but still embodies the brand. The business is located West Coast Canada (Vancouver Island), so I'm open to it embracing this West Coast culture. Also Elegant and Bold. I do also have some colour tones in mind. Something along the lines of a nice blue steel colour, gray and white colour pallet.
Please let me know what questions you may have for me and my business, to assist you in your creativity and design. Thank you!
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE LOGOS USING "REALTOR". Please design them using my name.
