I have provided the source picture that the illustration will be on as well as some reference pictures to give ideas.

I need a graphic designer/illustrator for the following picture to be creatively transformed.

Please Read Fully and BE CREATIVE!!!

I want to create a cartoon like world around the model. Please be VERY, VERY, VERY creative when doing so. I ask that you not make the model a cartoon, and that you not cover up her shirt/ It is very important that the shirt is shown. If you use any words, the Only words you can use is WEATLTHY & BLESSED MINDSET. No other words should be used.

I have included reference files to give a wide range of ideas. I am attaching the actual photo that needs to be done. That is the photo with the model with the green Wealthy & Blessed shirt sitting with the Yellow hat and purse. The other 4 files are reference files to give you an idea of what I want. Use your own creativity and do a good job. If I like it, more business with other photos.
