  السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته اخي علمت انك عربي فحدثتك بالعربيه اقدم لك نفسي انا مهندس مدني واعمل مدرس مساعد في كليه الهندسه ومتخصص ف ال تصميم المباني استطيع ان انفذ لك طلبك في خطه المنزل التي تريدها علي اكمل وجه بفضل الله واعطيك خيار واثنين واكثر من خيار حتي تختار التقسيم المناسب لمنزلك حتي تشعر بالراحه والامان .....ايضا استطيع ان اصمم لك الائنشائي ابعاد القطاعات والتسليح وهكذا بعد اختيار التقسيمه الافضل للمنزل والتواصل باللغه العربيه سوف يساعد علي الفهم اكثر فلو اردت ان نعمل معا ارسل الي ونتحدث ف التفاصيل

     Thank you Bahaa. I decided to make it into two phase. phase 1 conceptual floor planning. Phase 2 detailed architectural and construction drawing drawing. so as to help bidder to underansd the size and scope of work. to give accurate bid and time values. I hope to see your work on phase 1. then we move on to next phase.
