Contest Brief
This should be fun. I am looking for ideas to make some changes to my company's identity to get it ready to trademark.
The name of the company is Invisible. We sell high-end, luxury home goods and accessories online. Our design aesthetic is modern, clean, minimalistic and understated (think Scandinavian). Think of the best modern designer home and furniture brands out there: Louis Poulsen, Verpan, Muuto, Normann, Gubi. We already like the look and feel of our logo but we need to make it truly unique and communicate what we do.
Until now, we've just been using the word mark. See attached ideas. We REALLY like the Invisible word split up across two lines Invis-ible (see the packaging examples). We'd love to be able to use that but our attorney thinks this mark still doesn't convey clear meaning about what we do. AGAIN: we sell modern, high-end, well-crafted, beautifully designed home goods.
Can you help me come up with some ideas? Here are the rules:
* Our font is Avenir Next
* Maintain the basic design aesthetic
* DO NOT try and communicate invisibility or anything to do with the word invisible
* HOWEVER DO come up with ideas that communicate meaning about the market our company serves: we sell high end, well-designed, functional home goods
Thanks in advance for your ideas and may the best idea win!
