Contest Brief

We require a loyalty card to be designed.
It should be 85 x 55 millimetres

It should be double sided and the background colour should be yellow.
Include the Colombia Rose logo, and the title "Colombia Rose Yellow Membership Card"
Include the text "Collect 8 stickers to receive a free medium drink, and upgrade to Green Membership"
Include the word "Name:" and a space for their name to be written _____________
Include the word "Store:" and a space for their Store to be written _____________
Include the word "Member #:" and a space for their member number to be written __________

On the other size please include 8 boxes each measuring 2cm x 2cm (2 rows of 4).
This is where we'll apply the stickers each time they purchase a drink.
