Contest Brief

We have a new store opening called "Cannabis General Store". It will be located in a coastal, small-town, touristy region. We want a logo that has some traditional elements with modern execution. For inspiration, please see the attached examples which show a nice mix of traditional and modern looks.

Just in case we choose to name it "The Cannabis General Store" it would be nice to consider where the additional "the" would be placed so the logo can work with or without this element.
