Do a 1st Draft: Say 40 frames (So I can see if you are on the right path) then when I approve and give tips you can do a better quality one.

All I want is for you to substitute:
Neo is to be android super 17
The agent is to be goku ssj3

The clips starts from: 0:58 (when agent say only human) to 1:07 (when neo says hmm upgrades)

I don't want anything else in the background.
The other two agents are not be in the background

Use the same sound from the video.
The way Goku and Android 17 is to look .. I attached the pictures to this.
