The 7 time size is huge - that's the reason it did not fit. I've fixed that here. I will also give you a 1920*1080 px version.

Yes, that would fit - you can test when i share the file during the submission page. Also, if you think it does not, I can reduce it further. The banner size is 851 x 315 pixels. There is also a banner size for 1920 x 1080 pixels. I can share both sizes if you need during the submission.
