Contest Brief

I need a new simple logo for a client.

It should look like her current logo (same colors, fonts, etc) as this is a secondary product offering. It will be a half to almost full circle on the left side with the words SPIN coming out of the circle opening and 360 beside "Spin" - with Bailey's in underneath it. Hope this makes sense.

This is for the Spinning Photo Machine so I would like the logo to be an open circle, similar to the two-tones one in the logo above, with the words Spin 360 coming out of the circle (open circle), and then "with Bailey's" underneath.

The new logo should look very SIMILAR to what we have now, same colors, design elements, font for the word Bailey's. Ok?
