Hey there --

I need a podcast thumbnail. His upcoming podcast is about real estate investing.

The podcast is called "The Value Driven Investor"

The tag line is: Live Life on Your Terms

The host is Tim Murphy

I would like to see your creativity on this project, but I would like to suggest a design to see if it works.

I'd like you to use the picture provided. If you can make the background black and white while keeping the host (TIM) in color, that would be great.

On the left side I'd like to see this: (With the first letter of each word the same color as the logo shield - if you can use the same gradient pattern that would be great)

Between this and the tag line I'd like to see the logo shield (provided)

On the bottom I'd like to see:
Live Life on Your Terms (put the word "your" in same gradient colors like shield)

I would also like to see you get creative and do something that surprises us... a take I haven't considered.
