Contest Brief

I'm looking for an experienced designer to create a logo and branding profile for my premium property management company, GRANDOR HOMES LTD. Our branding should capture a sense of luxury, sophistication, trust, reliability, and innovation. The colour palette to be used includes rich charcoal gray, soft taupe, and muted sage green.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a captivating professional and elegant logo with the company name (GRANDOR HOMES) - Incorporate symbols related to our business (despite the absence of defined symbols, feel free to propose your innovative idea)
- Choose an appropriate font style that would align with our brand's image, considering the user didn't specify (either Serif, Sans-serif or Script font can be considered)
- Produce a comprehensive branding profile

Ideal Skills:
Excellent sense of aesthetics and understanding of the property management industry. Proficient with advanced design software. Exceptional creativity and innovation. Strong attention to detail.

Experience:
Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience in logo and branding profile creation, particularly within the premium property management sector.
