Hello! I was looking to get a design Made. I make print on demand hooded blankets Via pillowprofits.com and I need a design made. What I’m thinking is a 90s cartoon themed blanket and I want the Nickelodeon “splat” in the middle to say “90’s Baby” with a cartoon collage surrounding it. I would like the blanket covered with cartoons With little spaces if there are spaces I would like the background to be black if there are spaces.
