Contest Brief

See attached current layout. We are wanting to re-design the kitchen/dining, laundry and study area. Our main requirements are as follows:
- Improve the flow onto the deck area
- Improve the kitchen layout
- We want a larger kitchen island or benchtop for sitting at
- The boiler/hot water cupboard can be removed
- We still want a separate laundry area, with laundry tub
- We still want a fourth bedroom/laundry
- Walls can be removed or added, but we want to keep the cost down
