In accordance with the requirements established by you, I have created a modern housing style that lives towards recreational spaces and green areas. I propose a house of 250 m2 in total, distributed in 3 floors: Garage for 2 vehicles and cellar, Ground floor (living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms) First floor (main room with bathroom, study and family room).
