Contest Brief

I am looking for a skilled designer to redraw our simple logo with minimal redesign.

Requirements:
- The original logo file will be provided.
- It needs to be redrawn with minimal changes allowed (font, colors can be changed, wording needs to remain the same: SINTRAPOSITIVA)
-This is the logo of a union, so major changes to logo are not allowed
-Color scheme can be changed, as long as the fist remains in skin color
-Delivery logo in .ai and .pdf format
-All entries to be original. No AI generated images allowed

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong graphic design skills
- Proficiency in logo design and redesign
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience in delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
