Contest Brief

Please look at the attached PDF, I am looking for someone who can create a few renderings:
NOTE: I am not looking for you to just take my mock up and send it back to me, I need a colored rendering with multiple views. If I really like what I am getting, I have projects like this come up every couple of weeks.

I will pay a bonus to get this back quickly with amazing quality.

One is overhead looking down on the project.
One is looking up the street.
I am attaching the photos that are included in the mock up as well to assist you.
Please also show the pickle ball courts (they are shown in green on the mock up) and please show the open space/park (shown in brown on the mock up)
All the homes are the same (shown in peach on the mock up) so the images/photos are of the actual home we will be building 20 of.

good friend, do you have the model of the house, topographical plan or something besides the pdf? to make the exact house I need the exact model either in Sketchup, revit, 3dmax, etc, or the plans in Autocad, I need that to make something real and of good quality.
