Contest Brief

Need brochure template for real estate advertising. Must be easily editable with publisher or google docs. Sample brochure of what I am thinking is attached. Colors need to be in blue and white to match our logo.

On Back, page, need space for some just listed homes and space for label for the mail addressee.

Need QR Code on one of the pages as well that says for market updates scan code
