Hi, I am in need of a cleaning flyer for my cleaning business.

I want the following on it. Based on the attachment as well. Use our logo, the cartoon lady from attachment.

Washing of hard floors
Furniture, skirtings and window sill dusting
Bins emptied
Kitchen benches, sinks, taps, stove top, microwave inside and out cleaned
Bathroom/Toilets thoroughly cleaned and sanitized including floors, sinks, taps, basins and shower.

Terms & Conditions
Maximum 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms only/each additional room $10 extra
Maximum 3 hours labour
Limit one coupon per household

I'd like to keep logos/colour schemes from original flyer but want a real cleaning photo in it . But open to new ideas and want this flyer to be different to original
