Contest Brief

I want a program that analyzes changes in shares of several webs of sport bets and if certain conditions are met, generate a warning.

It would have to have several input filters: Choice of the web, type of sports and with respect to the data to generate the bets or warnings, it would be a range for the initial fee, a range for the final quota and time range for the event to begin. Depending of the amount of the project, my idea is to make is scrapping from 1 to 4 websites:

The markets would be all those that have two possible outcomes (favour or against), so you must do a filter on type of bets. Are not subject bets in which there are more than two possible winners or there are three results (win, draw, defeat).

Another design parameter is the times of scanning and calculation of fees. I am thinking of a check every 5 minutes.

The application must be for Windows and be possible to export the warnings to CSV and send by email in periods of time or number of events.

I want to compare the numbers every 5 minutes and if the number change more than a value marked for me (I will be able to change in the aplicaion) the advice is generated
