Contest Brief

Hello! I need to have a tech pack drawn up for a tablecloth to send out to my manufacturer. The size of the tablecloth is to fit a table 72Lx30Wx2D. Total size of the tablecloth to be 37Wx77L.
Each corner of the table has a 3 inch seam, with each corner having 12 inches of elastic edging. I would also like to add my pattern to the speck.
