Contest Brief

We are organising a Zumba Fest Event in the Netherlands
We have done previous editions in Belgium and UK (Pre covid)

We would like to create a first teaser video - We will need 1 version in instagram format and FB format
Information :

- Events location : Netherlands
- Events City : Eindhoven
- Events Date : 23 March 2024
- Venue Name : Klokgebouw

You can use the video s from the previous editions - but we try not to focus too much on the "presenters on stage" - and if you use them, try not to focus on the person too much because we are using other presenters, and it might be confusing for people if they see a presenter in the video and then this person appears not to be presenting in this years edition.

The trailer is more like a "we are back Trailer" a "Save the date trailer" We will continue to make more trailers in the next weeks and months where we are going to focus more on the presenters which will be presenting at the new events edition.

What do we want to be in the trailer:
Event s name - Date - Location
That it will be 8 Hours of Zumba
That people need to save the date because it s gonna be THE event of the year
That there will be 9 amazing presenters (name not yet disclosed yet)

The impression we want to give:
it s a BIG event with alot of people
it s 8 hourse of pure fun and dance

When the winner is chosen, we will ask to add our logo as wel on the video, (we are still working on this)
