Contest Brief

I am having a party for a friend and we call it ToddFest. I would like the image attached of him in a cowboy hat and purple shirt, as a silhouette for the new t-shirt design. The wording I want on the T-shirt should have "ToddFest 2 at Devil's Backbone Tavern 2019".

I am attaching 2 other images. One is the image we used last year using simple clip art. It is not great but we didn't have much time to create it. The other image is where I got the idea of the silhouette from. I like it a lot. It is the one called "ChiggerFest". I want the design to include the cowboy hat, sunglasses, beard and mustache, and bolo tie. I want the image and wording in black for a white t-shirt, and in white for a black t-shirt. I will need the image to be submitted in a Vector format.
