Proactive Travel Inspiration (PTI) Graphic
Objective:
Create a visually compelling graphic to illustrate how airlines and hotels can introduce "Proactive Travel Inspiration" (PTI) to disrupt and enhance the traditional travel booking journey. Highlight how PTI can be offered at various stages, both pre and post-departure, allowing a more engaging and personalised experience. PTI is a product FreeGuides offers
1. Traditional Journey: Show the conventional steps travellers take:
- Pre Departure:
a. Booking a flight
b. Booking a hotel
c. Planning activities, restaurants, and POI (points of interest)
- Post Departure:
a. Flight to destination
b. Hotel stay
c. Explore with external activities provider
2. PTI Disruption: Illustrate how PTI can be woven into various stages of the travel journey:
- Pre Departure: Include PTI in the confirmation email after booking flights or accommodations, offering personalised recommendations, unique itineraries, and a sneak peek into local attractions.
- During Flight: Provide in-flight entertainment systems with PTI features, such as inspiration videos, itinerary planning tools, and previews of exclusive self-guided tours available at the destination.
- Hotel Stay: Enable in-room QR codes that offer PTI, including real-world self-guided tours, city highlights and local experiences.
