We need to design a public website and a suite of web applications for desktop and mobile for a new UK platform service. Much of the functionality of the platform is built, but it needs skinning in a modern, fresh and clean style. We are not looking for process/UX designers, web developers or CSS specialists - this is all about the graphics and the look. Please see the task uploaded for the contest - there are two tasks
