  Hello, while checking out your request and your sketch drawing, i had some questions that needed to be answred.
  - the house behind the Desired Animation lot. what are its specefications, eg. (a one story building with normal roof)
  
  - The walls that your sketched, are there any specifications you needed with those eg. (solid walls or ferforje)
  
  - the surroundings of the pool are there any specifcations also eg.(Ceramic or Landscape)
  
  Lastly the animation shot that you need do you want it like a walkthough or a camera floating all over the lot or a combination of both ?

     Keep it as simple as possible please. I’m thinking a black and white explainer/stick figure type but open to other types. The only fly over may be when the tape measure comes out or the iPhone measure app when the user is measuring their fence area.
