Make my current house in Autocad 3D

I need help to cad my current house in 3D, and then to add the extensions as seen in the files that begin with the word New in the file name.
The delivery pdf should include rendering from the front side, and one rendering of each level. Also, a perspective from above left. Please check the sample perspective jpg.
The roof slope is 15% for the current roof.
I would like to change the main stair. see detail.
The delivery s dwg and pdf.
The first milestone is pdf, and the last milestone is corrections from the first milestone, dwg, and final pdf.
