Add Flash Presentation to ASP Homepage

I need you to create a very simple flash presentation to go on this homepage: [url removed, login to view] - this website was originally created in ASP, language I know nothing about. I am a designer, not a developer.
The flash presentation will be a simple slideshow that will rotate 4 different large images, with text laid over the top softly transitioning from one image to the next. The flash movie will take up the majority of the screen. There will be a couple of more small text changes to the bottom of the page.
I will supply;
Full, clear brief
Mock up of how I wish the page to look in JPG/PSD
The source files for you to make the simple flash movie
All FTP details and access, so you can upload a test version for me to see
