what I need from you is:
1. implementing DRM security with the details I will provide (of a third party company)
1. users authentication and authorization across the MVC application and the silverlight application.
2. making a tutorial and explaining how to design a silverlight xap player in blend.
3. making specific content displayed or not displayed to certain users and grant access to it to authorized users only.
(managing playlists and explaining to me how to manage them as well)
4. providing security in general and specifically cross-site request forgery.
5. implement pay-pal.
key requirements:
you should have SOLID understanding of what you are doing.
I would not want to do the wrong thing as for the architecture of any feature.
I want to be sure that unauthorized users will not be able to watch certain videos in terms of security.
Communication, Communication, Communication.
you have to update me on frequent basis during the project development.
for the things I know I will be making the decisions in terms of what library of code to use for example.
for the things I don't know you will have to consult me and we will decide together.
other notes:
there is a lot more information for each feature but I will share it with you on the next level.

you just have to tell me what can you surely do and what not and what maybe and how much do you want for it.

I do not require any graphic design. where there are graphics, simple and not pretty graphics will do fine.
just to see the functionality working.
