Convert a Webpage to HTML Text

I need a simple script created that will read a specified webpage and convert it to HTML (plain text) and insert it into an large form field. Only the content within the tags should be returned. Additionally, a 'copy' button would allow the user to copy that HTML to the clipboard.
You should be able to build this with .asp, java. This should be very simple.
FOR EXAPMLE:
read this webpage: [url removed, login to view]
and return and insert into form field: (see the attached file)
