Desktop (CRM) application requires testing:
We need an individual to log in to our server based application via terminal(good internet will be required) to test a the application.
The individual would test all aspects of operation and provide feedback via our ticket system on each item tested in accordance with a simple reporting process we have devised. Recommendations for usability and functions, as well as error reporting is expected.
Experience with customer databases such as SAGE CRM or Microsoft CRM is a plus for our selection process.
Testing protocol is yet to be defined in detail, but basically create account records, test all functions of the user interface of the application.
Three rounds of testing required: initial, post fixes(pre beta), and end of beta) including posting screenshots of issues to a word document along the way.
Each testing needs to be completed assertively - ideally one to two days to complete the testing of all functions of the UI. View all screens, complete all possible actions/functions on each screen.
Timeline:
- immediately begin testing (pre-beta)
- Second round of testing at appox week 2
- 4 weeks out - final round of testing
