I need a short "How To" animation built similar to the one on freelancer.com's homepage. I'm trying to get a cost of how much it will cost to do something similar so for quoting, please assume the animation will be exactly the same. I believe the animation sample was built using flash or adobe Edge Animate...but you may use whatever software you choose as long as your final draft works like the example. Please include examples of your animation work. If you have questions or need any clarifications please message me. Thanks.
