Assistant required for Ongoing Blogroll Exchange Requests

I have a growing number of wordpress blogs in many different niches.

I need an assistant to make requests to other high-quality, non-spam blogs for blogroll exchanges with my sites. For each site of mine, I'm looking to secure 5 or so blogroll exchanges.

So, what would happen is this: I give you a URL to one of my sites, and you go ahead and find similar blogs, and request blogroll exchanges with them via email or leaving a comment on their blog (I'll supply a message template). I will provide an email address for you to send requests from, and so I can log in and view replies.

I will then pay you per positive reply I receive from each webmaster willing to do a blogroll exchange with my site. I will then go ahead and update the site myself. You'll need to keep sending out requests until at least 5 positive replies have been obtained.

I'll need this process repeated for each of my blogs, and I'll have around 30-50. To get 5 positive replies, you'll need to send out 50-60 requests. This should take you no more than 1-2 hours, so in total I'd like to be able to wrap the whole project up within 2-3 weeks.

I need someone who speaks good english and understands these instructions clearly. Also someone who is online everyday. As I said I will pay according to the number of positive replies from legitimate webmasters with real, non-spam blogs.
