Audio Analysis Needed for Short Clip

Need to have a short audio clip listened to/analyzed and a text transcript of the conversation. It's very short (about 1 minute). The conversation appears to be very clear, but the volume is low so if you have the right tools (audio enhancement software, loud speakers/ or noise filtering headphones you should have no issues at all. Experience in audio forensics/analytics or having the right tools to interpret, and provide an opinion of the conversation is very important.
