I need messages sent on Blackplanet.com. You can only send about 30 messages from one IP address on a daily basis. I need someone who can change their IP address and send about 500 messages a day. Please let me know if you can do this and how you plan on doing this. I would like to send thousands of messages a month. This will be an ongoing project for the right person or team.
