Architectural illustration of a palace

I'm seeking a technical illustrator, preferably experienced in creating floor plans of buildings.
The project is to create a design of a fictional palace (c.1500's era for reference).
I have a rough plan of the palace (attached) from which I would like drawn up a completed floor plan and a concept of how the palace would look from the outside. The floor plan and palace illustration should be technically correct, but have an old fashioned appearance (pen and ink monochrome style) rather than a modern or 3d style.
The illustrations are to be used in a book and promotion for the book.
