Need to finish WPF settings with animations

I need a WPF that will be able to be implemented into my C# visual basic 2008 software
the WPF I currently have is almost finished it just needs custom trackbars
The WPF should look like this:

So far I will give you the file that has the sides done(with animations added)
each tab must have the "help?" button and same buttons that are in the current tab for my settings. must also include custom trackbars for the speech and graphics tab
I also need the tabs aligned.
attatched are pictures of the winform that I currently have and the set3 is the new WPF base you will be using to make it look like
