"Dialog" quests writing for Hentai RPG

I'm creating a hentai RPG (-ish : [url removed, login to view]), and I need to delegate the writing to focus on bigger modules.
We already have a pack of main stereotyped NPCs, a custom 'quest creation' engine with several (but limited) features and tools, and guidelines to the main story.
Quests are 100% about quick dialogs between (usually) 2 characters. (from 10 to 30 "dialog lines", but could be much more if needed)
The game is supposed to be "evolutive", the story isn't closed at all or meant to be finished, and new NPCs as well as completely independant story arcs should come.
Dialogs aren't gender-specific, as same dialogs are displayed for both female and male players, and same goes for NPCs (displayed male or female depending on players' choice, but with same dialogs).

The world is "Moëbius" inspired, regarding art and spirit : very exotic sci-fi, but still with characters/personnalities we can relate to.
The story is about the rising of randomly 'chosen ones' developping sexual powers, on a specific very distant and isolated colony the players arrive on, and about understanding & mastering those powers, to gain real influence on the planet. (for starters)
Imagining & planting new faction/power names, puns, lore and all can be helpful, but not mandatory.
As a writer, you would have to :
0 - learn to use existing features and online 'quest creation' engine, and adapt to new ones if/when they came.
1 - provide small quests for new content : each new module or new sex animations comes with one or several quests to introduce it story-wise.
2 - provide secondary arcs of your own, with as many quests as you feel like. Not mandatory, but would be appreciated, and would be your main source of income on this project anyway.
Prices would have to be discussed, per quest/pack of quests, it's as much as a "long run" project as a ponctual job.
