Data collection for email marketing list (data scraping/searching)
$2-10 AUD / hour
We require a national business email marketing list in Australia for Law Firms and their Lawyers.
A number of existing databases have been identified to extract data from. See the attached spreadsheet for a list. You can extract information from these databases but it will be incomplete. Therefore you will be required to go onto each law firms website or google to find out the missing information (wikipedia or linkedin may be helpful). Automatic web crawlers may not be very effective to achieve the database. We require high quality data.
The purpose of collecting this information is to create:
A) a functioning and up to date comprehensive legal services directory with images
B) a marketing tool to send mail merge documents
Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and able to use Pivot Tables.
Where multiple items are entered into a single cell, a text delimiter must be used such as ';' or ','.
You must attempt to fill the database to 100%, although we understand if not all information can be found.
You are required to host your file on dropbox so that we can undertake a daily audit of the quality of work.
