Capture Emails - From list of links

I have a large list of blogs and message boards. I need to capture the 'contact e mail(s)' from as many of these blogs and message boards (websites) as possible. The problem we run in to is a lot of these contact pages just have a 'contact field' and no actual e mail(s) listed. I'm not sure if it is possible to simply look at the source code and capture the e mail(s) that way but it's one problem we have encountered.
I've attached a sample list to this listing.
I am looking to pay either one set payment or pay on a per capture basis. Please indicate how you would like compensated for the task and the estimated time of completion.
