Data extraction using VB / excel, supplier products

We have a script which extracts product information (price, image, availability etc) from our supplier using excel and visual basic. We export this data into various formats, for example product feed, import into magento etc.
We need some modifications done to this script.
Mainly:
- change the data export so that instead of exporting it into 9 different stores, all data is exported into 1 magento mall. For those that don't know it just means all the data has to be put into only 1 big export file.
- fix a few minor bugs that occur.
We have work every month for the right data extraction guy. Our last guy seems to have retired and we have been working with him for over a year, new project every single month.
Please note: we sell sex toys and lingerie.
