Hello,
am looking for someone who is good in animation and character drawing, basically i have a client who is a non profit organization doing educational programs for kids, so one of them is cartoons about Egypt, they need the character designing and and animated cartoon then they will do the voice over and stuff cause it will be dual language, any help in this project will be appreciated, post your offer and what will you provide along with your quotation, and i will offer my client.
