Alter some Images

What I have is a series of short (3-7 words) 15 phrases, that I would like converted into images. The image would be the phrase as if it was printed in old school label making tape.
Each phrase would require (2) versions. The first version would be red tape with white letters, and the second version would be white letters on black tape. I've enclosed two samples in case you unsure of what I mean.
Underneath each of the typed phrases, I would like a version of our logo comparably spaced (use your artistic judgement.). There are three different versions of the logo and next to each phrase in parenthesis is how I'd like them used. Obviously, don't include the numbering in the image. I'll need the images in all formats (.tif, .png., .jpg, etc.), and in 12X14 inch images, not including the logos which would be 4X6 inches.
