Then on-going work on ad-hoc basis (couple projects per month) and expect fast growth as already alot of leads.
Prefer someone in Melbourne as i would like face to face CMS training in managing my own site.
Main skills looking for
- WordPress builder +Responsiveness
- On-site SEO for new sites/existing sites
- eCommerce ability eg Magento a bonus
- Some PHP and coding skills for extra customisation

As the website is a brochure site setup for lead generation / marketing agency, I'm willing to spend a good price to get a professional website built.
On-going this website will serve as a portal to capture leads which will then mean a steady pipeline of work for the web developer at a price where a profit can be built into it from our agency end.
Our clients will be mostly SEO clients, so most important skill alongside web development is an understanding of SEO. (no point having a beautiful website if no one can find it).
Essentially, my business partner and I are looking to start a relationship with a developer so its vital the web developer is in Melbourne, or at least Australia so communication is efficient.
