I need to find a freelancer or company that will build a website and a android & IOS app that will allow people to check in when they are out on bail. THE MOBILE APP: The user must purchase the app for download and then provide a username and password to log in, then, they must “check-in” with the bail bond agency. The application should use some version of location identification, GPs preferred to identify the users location. Also, the user should have type in an identification number that is specifically assigned to him by the Agency providing the bail.
THE WEB SITE BACKEND: The website must be able to accept the check-ins and provide the responsible bail bond agency with a time, date, GPS, and identification and name of the person doing the check in. The website backend should support the ability for a customer/Agency to subscribe using recurring payments and paypal services to the service.
The system should also have a customer/Agency profile section that would allow the agency to log in and know what people they have on bail, when last check in was, and some information,i.e. name, case#, phone number, address, of the person out on bail.
The bail bond agency should be able to randomly generate a 5 digit code that serves as part of the identification process during the check-in procedure on the mobile device.
The check in front end and backend can be based in either PHP or wordpress. There is an app or two on the Android play store that you could use as a basic reference.
