Alter some Images

I am looking for a skilled designer to carefully and perfectly extract the product in the images (100+), removing the background and keeping the product on a transparent background saved as a .png (See First Transparency example), I would also like the product to then be fit and cropped into a png that is 307x114 with as little stretching or compressing as possible (See Second Transparency example).
This is an ongoing project and would like to hear bids and estimates on per image (both First and Second) and in bulk rates if possible.
