Design A5 Product Catalogue

Looking for a creative artist to design a 16 page, self cover, A5 (210 x 148 mm / 8.3 x 5.8") clothing catalogue but this project is starting with the first page only to assess your work.
We will provide logo, pictures and content.
To give you an overview of the whole brochure - it will be 16 pages that will consist of:
Front cover
Info page (contact details, payment options, size chart etc)
Info page - about the clothing, how it goes on, benefits etc (it's specialist disability clothing so is very different to regular clothing)
10 individual product pages - each with either one, two, or three pictures, available sizes e.g. s, m, l, xl, xxl, et, price, fabric, brief description (content provided)
Order form - will take up two continuous pages in centre of book, not for tearing or cutting out, customers can photocopy so the order form can have product info on the back
Back page - content and maybe picture
Design - clean and not too busy, no 'noise' or techy stuff, customers are older age groups, so it needs to have easy to read font that is a decent size (not too big), and in theme with the website which you can see at www.errine.com.au. For male and female audience so nothing girly or masculine, if you stick with the red and white theme like the website it will be gender neutral.
Colours - white background, deep warm red splashed throughout in keeping with website colours, font colour for text not #000000 but a lighter shade so its not so stark
To be prepared for CMYK printing with 3mm plus 3mm for bleed
'Calls to action' splashed here and there without over doing it
Images - have a number of shutterstock images so good for print in 300 dpi but some clothing pictures are smaller format so if you cant fix them for good print quality I will have to resend more but they will need editing (backgrounds removing, adjust contrast/light/saturation etc)
Needs to have professional / corporate look; no childish themes, prefer curves over boxes and corners if using shapes. No pictures apart from the ones I provide, do not want clip art or similar. Tend to like some white text on red but not overdone so its all through the brochure.
For the cover page - will provide picture/s to use for front cover and an example of content for the cover page but the design will be left in your capable hands.
If we are happy with your work then you will get to complete the rest of the catalogue and will also be looked at for future projects.
