alter photo image - change colours - photoshop

I have attached some samples of children's play tents.
I want you to change images such as [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view]
I want each photo changed so that it looks like:
(1) the children's tent is made out of plain black material (see [url removed, login to view]) as an example of the end product
(2) the children's tent is made out of plain white material (see [url removed, login to view]) as an example of the end product
Please note that “glow in the dark” toys will be used inside the tents so it’s OK to have a coloured hue as per the violet tint in [url removed, login to view] picture. The photos need to have a transparent/white background (not the floor/curtains as in the example end product photos)
The images need to be of appropriate quality to appear on a website only (not for publication in brochures or print)
I need to know whether this type of image manipulation is possible!
If so, please inform me of the minimum resolution/size of the original image that I will send to you in order for you to make a quality new websized image.
The job you are quoting on is to take 4 of my coloured tents pictures ... and change each one into a black tent and a white tent (ie you email me back 8 images)
