Icon is describing "Service assistant" which includes services such are transportation, assembly & connection of various devices (TVs, computers, washing machines,...)
I need flat icon of a person/assistant from the waist up (or just face) that looks kinda like worker or someone who's appearance associates to the above mentioned idea.

So to summon up the essence:
- assistant / technician (probably the shield cap would be best solution)
- should have positive attitude (maybe with thumbs up not smiling too much - don't want to be too picky just so you get the idea)
